Air Cargo
Our Air Cargo team co-ordinates with a scheduled airline service, which facilities the safe transport and careful handling of fragile and sensitive cargo. Our expert team will get the best air freight along with customs clearance for Ex-Works collection of cargo and Door Delivery of cargo requirements, based on the volume and schedule.
Cargo Handling
We provide the required cargo handling services for our customers for both Exports and Imports through containers, dry bulk vessels, liquid bulk vessels, and break-bulk vessels. We will provide the necessary assistance for the palletisation, bagging of bulk cargo, heaping of bulk cargo, loading of bulk cargo, unloading of bagged cargo, and loading of bagged cargo. We have the expertise in handling project cargo, windmill blades, windmill tower sections, steel plates, steel pipes and any kind of bulk or break-bulk cargo with necessary unloading and loading facility with the required equipment like Excavators, Crane, Front End Loaders etc. We also provide in plant operations for the cargo handling requirements for major industries.
Customs Broking
We have a dedicated team of staff for handling the Customs documentation and examination requirements at Tuticorin and at our Chennai Branch. We will provide the updated information from the Customs Department, DGFT and other Participating Government Agencies for necessary compliance requirements and timely clearance of your Exports and Imports through Tuticorin and Chennai Ports.
Freight Forwarding
We have an exclusive team for assisting with the Freight booking requirements for Exports from Tuticorin and Chennai and also for Imports to Tuticorin and Chennai. We can also assist for the Door Delivery of Export shipments and for the collection of Import cargo from the Ex-Works.
Ship Agency
Our Ship Agency division is up for any task in and providing diligent services to our principals and the Masters of the Vessels. We will provide our services of husbandry activities as OPA and provide any Customs documentation for the conversion/reversion of Coastal run/Foreign run. We have good rapport with Port, Customs, Immigration, Dock Safety, MMD and most of the Receivers and Shippers for best coordination and for earliest dispatch of the Vessels.
Stevedoring
We have a Stevedoring license issued by the VOC Port Trust and we are well equipped in handling Bulk and Break Bulk Cargo. Our team has experience in handling the cargo safely from the Ship up to the point of delivery and vice versa.
Transport
We have our own fleet for Trailers for 40’ containers, Platform Trucks with tipping facility for 20’ containers and Tippers as well as we are in contract with regular Transporters for transporting Containerised as well as Bulk/ Break-Bulk Cargo in a safe and secured manner.
Warehouse
We have Public Bonded Warehouses Licensed under the Customs Act & General Warehouses for storage of containerised cargo, bulk, and break-bulk cargo catering to the needs of each client, ensuring with good safety, security of cargo and systems for monitoring the arrival, stock and delivery of Cargo with proper reporting systems.
